Is there a minimum age?
There is no minimum age to participate, however, we require that children under the age of 5 follow Florida State Law and ride in the safety of an approved car seat. Orange Jeep Tours will not provide car seats for children less than 5 years of age.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you make cancellations as soon as possible. Less than 24 hours’ notice will require a 100% cancellation charge. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will not require a cancellation fee.
What happens if it rains?
Orange Jeep Tours will continue with tours rain or shine. Florida often sees brief showers in the afternoons which give way to clear skies, and sometimes beautiful rainbows soon after. We also provide ponchos onboard at a cost of $2 for passengers. However, if weather conditions are found out to be dangerous Orange Jeep Tours will notify you in advance and refund any deposit paid.
Can I eat in the Jeep?
Kindly we ask no food or drink while on the tour with the exception of water.
Will there be other people in the Jeep with my family?
There is a possibility that you will sit with another group. We try to fill up the jeeps for each tour.
Can I get a private Jeep?
Private tours may be requested when you call your representative to make your reservations.
What should we bring with us/wear?
It is best to wear comfortable clothing fit for the outdoors. Passengers remain inside the jeep at all times. Sunglasses, hats and sunscreen are also recommended. A bottle of water is always a good idea and of course a camera and film to capture the beautiful sights!
How much physical activity should we expect to be doing?
The tour is spent sitting down with the option of standing up when the jeep is at a standstill to take a photo, etc..
Should we tip our drivers?
Our guides work hard to ensure you have a wonderful tour and therefore it is customary to tip your guide. Appropriate gratuities are usually 15%.
